Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if something is not right, please let us know. You have 15 days from the time of your purchase to return an item that you don't love.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please get in touch with us, with your contact info. and the name of the item, before you send it.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, right away.

Shipping

To return your product, mail your product to: 10 Villeneuve Est.#4 Montréal Quebec CA H2T 1K8

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.) I would love to cover this but as a small one person business it's just not feasible for me to do so. 

You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will help guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Cynabar is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Of course we will replace items if they are defective. To make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at cynthia@cynabar.com and send your item to: 10 Villeneuve Est.#4 Montréal Quebec CA H2T 1K8.( In the case of defective merchandise we will pay for the shipping.)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, final sale items are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds ( only if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cynthia@cynabar.com.
